I just want to pass along that I went for my unrestricted Class 4 license at the ICBC claim centre in PG and the Driver Inspector was impressed with my skill level and warned me that it is not easy to get such good results on my first try, as I did. I told her I had been trained by Blaine Bolen. She said: "Ah Yes! He is quite thorough and we like his trainees. The seem well-informed and he is quite methodical. We've had good results with Taylor's students. I had the unfortunate experience of having to decline a license to a student from XXXX Driving school this morning."

Now listen to this. I applied for the job I was going for at XXXXXX XXXXXX Service. My boss took me out on a trial run when he realized I had just obtained my license. He not only hired me, he was impressed with one of the "little tricks of the trade" Blaine referred to me to use in my guiding my vehicle into tight parking spaces. He said he was going to start using that method. My driver inspector was also impressed with my pre-trip, sorry, I forgot to mention that. Blaine made me touch each individual lug nut and the inspector said "Wow! See what I mean? He is thorough". I had to wonder, when she informed me that the poor fellow before me didn't make it and disclosed to her the cost of his training which was five times what I paid and he failed? Sure was nice to hear Taylor is a well respected Professional Driver Training School respected by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Do me a favour.
